AAPEX 2022 presented Best Booth Awards to exhibiting companies during a ceremony on Nov. 2. Best in Show awards were presented to American Express (10X10 or Linear), and Manufacturas Diversas S.A. de C.V. (Peninsula or Island). Service and Repair Award Winners
AAPEX recognized recipients of its Service and Repair Awards during the Keynote Session on Nov. 1. Shop Owner of the Year went to Kristi Hudson, Donnie Hudson and Frank Hudson, Troy Auto Care, Troy, Michigan. The Technician of the Year was awarded to Brandon Sadler, Shop Foreman, American Pride Automotive, Williamsburg, Virginia, while the Service Advisor of the Year Award went to Ray Christensen, J&L Automotive, Alpine, Utah. Political icon James Carville and political strategist Karl Rove kicked off AAPEX 2022 on Nov. 1 with a timely and interactive discussion on the midterm elections. The Alliance at AAPEX
On Nov. 2, the Alliance marched 2,000 of the industry’s best shop owners, technicians and warehouse distributors to AAPEX from the Mirage. A swarm of yellow filled the AAPEX show floor as attendees visited their valued channel partner booths, engaged in training and education, and learned about exciting new products. EV and E-Commerce Joint Trends Reports
AAPEX co-owners – the Auto Care Association and the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) – commissioned the 2022 Joint E-Commerce Trends and Outlook Forecast and the 2022 Joint EV Trends and Outlook Forecast to provide the auto care industry with the insights needed to navigate the rapidly evolving industry.
