AAPEX is almost here! We are excited to welcome you to this year’s event representing the more than $1.8 trillion global automotive aftermarket industry. The show floor is sold out with more than 2,500 exhibiting companies occupying approximately 5,200 booths, and the education and networking opportunities are among the best of the best. To help you get the most out of AAPEX, below are event details and the latest news. Make sure to also use the Mobile App to plan your itinerary and easily navigate the show floor.

AAPEX Show Hours

AAPEX show hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily, Tuesday, Oct. 31 through Thursday, Nov. 2. For views of the show floor, use the Interactive Floor Plans. 

 

Media Credentials and Media Center Hours

Your media credentials may be picked up in the AAPEX Media Center, Casanova Room 601, The Venetian. Media Center hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily, Sunday, Oct. 29 through Thursday, Nov. 2. If you still need to register, visit AAPEX Media Registration. 

 

Shuttle Service

For shuttle service from official hotels to AAPEX, visit the schedule for dates and times, as well as a list of hotels, routes and shuttle boarding locations.

 

Schedule of Events

The Schedule of Events includes just about everything taking place at AAPEX. Make sure to attend the new Service and Repair Reception on Wednesday, Nov. 1 in Joe’s Garage (Level 1, The Venetian Expo), as well as the award ceremonies including the New Product and New Packaging Showcases Awards, the Best Booth Awards, the MEMA Aftermarket Member Awards and Recognition and the Women in Auto Care Awards. 

 

AAPEX General Sessions: Top Trends and Aftermarket Outlook

To learn the latest trends, market research and industry insights, don’t miss the two free General Sessions: “Trends Impacting the North American Aftermarket,” Tuesday, Oct. 31, and  “Aftermarket Outlook 2024,” Wednesday, Nov. 1. Registration is not required.

Planning to Learn, Connect and Enjoy at AAPEX 

AAPEX 2023 will be the 15th year for Kristi Hudson to attend the event and this year she’s also bringing 14 technicians. Self-Guided Media Tours
