AAPEX starts next week! We look forward to welcoming you to this year’s event representing the $2.3 trillion global automotive aftermarket industry. More than 2,500 exhibiting companies occupying approximately 5,500 booths will make up the show floor, along with a 10-bay fully equipped auto repair shop and new and expanded stages for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), sustainability and electric vehicle presentations. Important event details are listed below to help you get the most out of AAPEX. Make sure to also use the Mobile App to easily navigate the show floor.
AAPEX Show Hours: The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum
The AAPEX show will be open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily, Tuesday, Nov. 5 through Thursday, Nov. 7. The searchable Exhibitor List includes participating manufacturers and suppliers, while the interactive Floor Plan provides booth locations and views of both The Venetian Expo and the new venue Caesars Forum.
Media Credentials and Media Center Hours
Your media credentials may be picked up in the AAPEX Media Center, Casanova Room 601, The Venetian. It will be open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily, Sunday, Nov. 3 through Thursday, Nov. 7.
When you need to refresh and relax during AAPEX, stop by the center and enjoy comfortable seating, workstations and light refreshments.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from official hotels to AAPEX. Visit the schedule for dates and times, as well as a list of hotels, routes and shuttle boarding locations.
AAPEX will offer Self-Guided Media Tours of exhibiting companies participating in Joe’s Garage, the EV Experience, the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Stage and the Sustainability Stage. Tour information will be provided on-site in the AAPEX Media Center, Casanova Room 601, The Venetian. A guided EV Tour of the show floor will be offered on Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. The tour will meet in The Venetian Expo, Level 1, EV Experience Stage, Booth J7214.
Last Call for Complimentary Tickets to NFL Broadcaster Erin Andrews
Only a handful of complimentary tickets are left to attend the Keynote Session with Erin Andrews, NFL sports broadcaster. Andrews will share her story and then moderate an exciting and engaging Tuesday Morning Huddle: The New Industry Titans, a panel discussion among automotive aftermarket leaders representing Advance Auto Parts, Arnold Oil Company, AutoZone, GPC North America and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
