AAPEX 2021 will welcome the automotive aftermarket industry to the Sands Expo in Las Vegas in less than a week! To help ensure your success at this year’s event, here are last minute details:
Media Credentials and Media Center
If you’re already registered for AAPEX, your media credentials may be picked up in the AAPEX Media Center, Casanova Room 601, The Venetian. Media Center hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily (PDT), Sunday, Oct. 31 through Thursday, Nov. 4. If you still need to register, visit Media Registration.
Download the AAPEX App
The free AAPEX Mobile App is the best way to plan your time at the event. Using the app, you can search exhibitors, create your schedule, review floor plans, see more on Joe’s Garage, check the shuttle bus schedule, follow #AAPEX21 social media conversations and click to watch AAPEX-TV videos. To download the app, visit the App Store for iOS or Google Play.
AAPEX Onsite Health & Safety
As part of the entry requirements for AAPEX 2021, you will need to provide one of the following:
Show your proof of vaccination (if not uploaded to the CLEAR app),
Provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test that is no more than three days old,
Have a COVID-19 test performed on-site for a $25 fee. Onsite testing appointments are available and encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome; however, pre-scheduled appointments will take priority.
Don’t delay clearing the health and safety check at AAPEX! Visit the Sands Expo as soon as possible (as early as Saturday morning, 10/30) after your arrival in Vegas, in order to expedite your clearance. For additional information, visit Onsite Health & Safety and Onsite Health & Safety FAQs.
Show Hours
AAPEX show hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily (PDT), Tuesday, Nov. 2 through Thursday, Nov. 4. For events taking place daily during AAPEX, visit the full Schedule.

Keynote Session Tickets
Tickets are required to attend the Keynote Session on Nov. 2. The event, sponsored by NPD Group, will include the Keynote Buyer Panel discussion and the State of the Aftermarket presentation by Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association, and Paul McCarthy, president and CEO, Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA). Training and Demo Schedule
The industry’s top trainers will present a full schedule of technical and business management sessions in the new training theatres in Repair Shop HQ, located on Level 1 of the Sands Expo. This new area also will include demos of new products and equipment in Joe’s Garage, a shop setup with eight fully-equipped bays, lifts, vehicles and a source-capture vehicle extraction system. Guided Tours of Joe’s Garage
Guided media tours of Joe’s Garage will be given on Nov. 2 from 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (PDT) and Nov. 3 from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. To save your spot, RSVP today and please indicate which day you’ll be joining the tour.
